The implementation of education law politics is the hope of the legal policy of state administration which determines the direction of goals and objectives to be achieved in a field of education, and is contained in the constitution and state legislation. The 1945 Constitution and statutory regulations have clearly outlined the politics of national law on the policy and direction of education in Indonesia. Whereas the vision and mission of the national education system has not been maximally implemented in South Halmahera Regency due to the lack or lack of budget to support the quality of school facilities and infrastructure and the lack of professional quality teachers.
