The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the effectiveness of the Family Planning Program on the Community Economic Growth Rate in Taliabu Island Regency. (2) To find out the Population Growth to the Community Economic Growth Rate in Taliabu Island Regency. (3) To determine the simultaneous and partial effect on the level of community economic growth in Taliabu Island Regency. The data used using primary data using questionnaires and secondary data sourced from documents in the form of written reports such as an overview of the research location, organizational structure and others relevant to the research. The analytical technique used in this study uses statistical analysis using the SPSS for Windows Version 21 program and Eviews data panel. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the family planning program (X1) on the economic growth rate (Y) and the population growth variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the community's economic growth rate (Y) then simultaneously the family program effectiveness variable planning (X1) and population growth (X2) have a positive and significant impact on community economic growth (Y) in Taliabu Regency.
