Description JMS: Jurnal Manajemen Sinergi (abbreviated as Jurnal JMS ) is a scientific journal published by the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Khairun University (UNKHAIR). This journal is accredited by SINTA 5 based on Decree No. 177/E/KPT/2024. JMS is published twice a year, in April and October , in both print (ISSN: 2714-559X) and online formats (e-ISSN: 2354-855X). JMS publishes research articles, theoretical studies, and literature reviews in the field of management science , including but not limited to strategic management, human resource management, marketing, finance, operations, entrepreneurship, and business innovation .
